Papadosio @ The Wescott Theater 2/15/18

Electronica jam band Papadosio killed it on Feb, 15, 2018 at The Wescott Theater in Syracuse! It was my 10th show and the perfect set to celebrate the many times I have seen this band. They are my #1 band and it's always a pleasure seeing them. You never know what to expect when you see them, they could be super jammy, funky, or very electronic. This set was a mix of all those things. The set opened up with "Vactrollio" a super electronic, synthesizer based song. It's definitely up there on my favorite song list. The visuals that they had produced this night was amazing as well. Each of them had a small screen that was the shape of their logo and you could see the sound waves of what exactly they were playing. It was mesmerizing. 

Not only did they have that but they also had a screen showing extremely trippy visuals that matched perfectly to the music. The whole crowd was in a trance (including me). They slowly started transitioning into "Find Your Cloud" which is one of my FAVORITE songs ever, Everyone in the venue started yelling out of excitment and then it turned into a huge dance party. There was so much good energy radiating off of everyone. 

There was nothing but love in the room. "Find your cloud" gave lead guitarist and vocalist Anthony Thogmartin the chance to shred the guitar throughout the entire song, and sing perfectly. I wish I could go back to this moment but seeing them again in July for my 11th show will be worth the wait. I also scored the set list! Camp Bisco Lineup Announcement!

Music Festival "Camp Bisco" located in Scranton, PA finally released the most anticipated lineup announcement!! This festival has been going on for about 12 years now and its such an amazing festival. The festival itself is located on Montage Mountain which is a concert venue, ski resort, and water park all in one!! How cool is that. I actually went to it my first time back in 2015 and it was one of the best experiences of my life. 

This year headlining the festival we have edm artists Bassnectar, Tipper, Excision, the jam band Lotus and STS9 (which is my favorite). Some other artists who are just as amazing are Papadosio, The Floozies, Liquid Stranger, Boogie T, Sunsquabi, and Space Jesus to name a few! What's also really nice about this festival is that ticket prices are also extremely low compared to other festivals with similar artists. $280 dollars really isn't bad at all to be seeing this many artists on a mountain/water park.

 I remember my first time going I laid in the lazy river on a floaty, while one of my favorite bands was playing and I was in pure bliss. I posted a pretty bad video from Odesza's set and obviously I was dancing too much to get a good one but it's okay hahaha.
